Each search starts with a meeting with our client to determine specific needs. A search plan is then developed that encompasses domestic and international targets, as appropriate, with a short list being developed.
Candidates go through a rigorous screening process, culminating in a personal visit to our offices, where several consultants have the opportunity to meet and evaluate each potential candidate. This helps ensure candidate interest and fit with our client. Next, a full presentation of the proposed candidate slate is made to our client, along with dates that the candidates are available to meet, thereby limiting scheduling delays. The firm then manages the entire search process from initial meetings to second interviews, debriefings, spousal counseling, reference checks, candidate offers and post-hire follow-up. Throughout the process communication is maintained with candidates and clients on a regular basis to confirm interest, temper expectations, address concerns/issues, and ensure quality and speed.
